Another pound bites the dust!

I don’t care if I just weighed yesterday. I weighed again this morning. I’m at 257. I don’t care if I just recorded it yesterday, I’m taking that 1.4 lb weight loss!

My blood pressure meds have been readjusted because I collapsed last week. They added a diuretic (HCTZ) so I think that probably has something to do with the sudden weight loss. It makes me pee all the time! So yeah, it’s just water loss but I’m thrilled to see the scale go down.

Down some more?

So I weighed this morning… fully clothed, by the way, and was down to 258.4

What is going on? I totally throw caution to the wind and don’t keep track of what I eat and I’m starting to lose weight? What gives? Not that I’m complaining. Just wondering why I lose weight when I don’t try, but if I give it all I’ve got, I can’t lose a thing.

Progress 8/19

Down to 259.8

Maybe if I hadn’t eaten half a box of Suzy-Q’s last week, I’d be down to 259.7 :))

Status

I gained .2 lbs, so I’m at 260.2 now. Blah.

I got my lab results back, and it showed the only “issue” I have is a Vitamin D deficiency. So, no thyroid problem, which is the only thing I could think of about why I can’t lose weight. :roll:

I lost a whole .6 pounds. Oooooh. Big accomplishment. :roll:
